We all have stories to tell. And what better way than to express them though poetry, stories, fairy tales, and myth. We will be engaging our active imagination and breath to manifest archetypal energy, images, and symbols to bring life to our writing. All levels welcome!

Creating stories through Collages
An introduction to collage making & storytelling. Story with images.
Creating collages is something I learned to do in my graduate program not to long ago. While I am still learning, I have really loved the layers a collage has. It can be as simple as using a couple of images on a white paper, to juxtaposing many images with magazine cutouts, paint, fabric, wood, plastic, and markers. At the end, a story is born. The less you think, the more you will be happy while creating.

An introduction to role play, theater, and archetypal energy
Awaken your senses and archetypal energy through the world of theater. Through role play of a character we can find glimpses of ourselves! The masks 🎠we wear can open up a realm of magic, it can take us to the world of imagination! Embodying someone else can connect us to a past we once knew but forgot. We can liberate ourselves from physical and emotional trauma through the art of theater ðŸŽ!
